I just purchased this bike through Collareta CycLing Bike Shop in Plantation Florida which is my closest Tern Dealer the owner Andre was extremely polite very nice and very professional. He made the whole process easy and did a great job putting the bike together a really great mechanic. I really love the bike. I will give a 10 stars if I could the bike has great performance extremely easy to pedal and I couldn’t believe the performance of the bike ride just like a full-size bike and has decent speed to it if this is Terns least expensive Bicycle. It really exceeded my expectations. The bike is a little bit heavy. I think it’s about 30 pounds. But it rides like a 20 pound bike because it’s so easy to pedal. I would give this bike 10 stars if I could I will definitely buy another bike from Tern in the future
I liked this bike , very compact easy put in the car good for me
Since I don't live near a Tern dealer, I had my Link B8 assembled at the factory then mailed directly to my house. It was well packaged, but the brakes were dragging terribly on front and back. It looks like the calipers were not assembled correctly because even if I completely loosen the caliper adjustment, they still drag on the rotor. I emailed the warranty site and they called me once and left a VM. I called back but had to leave a VM. No calls back. I have left multiple emails with zero response. I'm on week #2 without a solution. I might update this rating if I ever get a functional bike.
This is
My first foldable bike, and I’m really happy I got it. It’s easy to ride, the gears do most of the job. I’m shorter in size so I feel this bike is the first one that really fits my frame. Very easy to adjust and folds fast once you learn how to. It’s not heavy so once it’s folded I can pick it up
Without effort. I’m very happy with the customer support as well.
I ordered a bike weeks ago which Tern decided to ship to one of their dealers. While I completely empathize with summer time and short-staffed stores, the attitude of employees from the local dealer as well as promising to call me and not doing so has not given me much faith in the ownership of this bike. And I have yet to even sit on it.
