Add your items to the cart and fill in your shipping address for actual shipping costs. Whenever possible we will use an authorized Tern dealer to fulfill a bicycle purchase.

Whenever possible we will use an authorized Tern dealer to complete/fulfill a bicycle purchase. Picking your bike at a local Tern dealer ensures you know how to properly fold and unfold your bike so you can love riding it even more. If there are no dealers near you, we will contact you about other delivery options.

For parts and accessory order we will ship via USPS or UPS Ground.

 

Sales Tax:

All orders are subject to sales tax.

You will be emailed a tracking number and contact details so that you can trace the progress of your shipment.
