    a bit of neoprene with velcro

    I bought this to keep on my ebike display so if I forget to cover the entire bike with a raincover it's ok. I store my Dahon bicycle in an open-sided outdoor shed so it seems important to keep the electric components as dry and insulated as possible. Not that it rains so much in northern California, but still.
