I worked with my sales rep, Josh Schlee, to order the part online. I received the part in a timely manner and I really loved my Tern sticker that came with the pulley. Josh Schlee is a great service rep. He gets 10 gold stars. I have an hsd P9 performance and it get 100 gold stars. :)

Included instructions are vague and a proper video or diagrams would help a lot. Would be great, but as it stands it doesn't seem like it's fully compatible with the Quick Haul without substantial friction between the enclosure and chain.

I get why the pulley exists- keeping chain tension high on such a long chain prevents dropped chain risk. But the old rubber pulley always had me asking, why isn’t this a jockey wheel? Problem solved!

Replace your worn out rubber wheel with a true jockey wheel. Your drive train will be smoother and quieter for it.
